Indian Chai Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
·              3 teabags black tea
·              4 cups water
·              1 3 inch cinnamon stick
·              1 inch piece of ginger root cut into 4 slices
·              1/2 tsp (2 ml) cardamom seeds
·              1/2 tsp (2 ml) black peppercorns
·              1/2 tsp (2 ml) whole cloves
·              1 tsp (5 ml) whole coriander seeds
·              1 cup (225 ml) milk
·              honey or other sweetener to taste

Preparation:
Bring water to boil in a saucepan.  Add spices, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.  Add teabags and steep 10 minutes.  Add milk and heat to drinking temperature-do not boil.  Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or cotton dish towel.  Serve with honey or other sweetener to taste.

Camel's Coffee recipe

Ingredients:
·              3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
·              1/2 oz cognac
·              1/2 oz Strega® herbal liqueur
·              1/2 oz white rum
·              1 ozcold coffee

Preparation:
Shake and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

Hot Tea Punch Recipe

 Ingredients:
·              5 bags of your favorite tea from our Traditional Teas Collection
·              6 cups water
·              3/4 cup sugar
·              2 cinnamon sticks
·              8 whole cloves
·              1 1/2 cups orange juice
·              1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Preparation:
Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in heavy large saucepan over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Cover and let steep 10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add orange and lemon juices to punch. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Rewarm before continuing.) Using slotted spoon, remove whole spices. Serve hot.

Calypso Coffee recipe I

Ingredients:
·              1/2 oz white rum
·              1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
·              5 oz coffee
·              1 1/2 oz whipped cream
·              1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
·              1 tsp sugar

Preparation:
Pour coffee, rum and cacao into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.

Almond Tea Recipe

Prep Time: 15 Min Ready In: 15 Min

Ingredients:
·              3 tablespoons instant iced tea powder
·              1 cup white sugar
·              2 cups boiling water
·              1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
·              2 teaspoons vanilla extract
·              1 tablespoon almond extract

Preparation:
In a 1 gallon container, mix together the instant tea powder and sugar. Pour in the boiling water and lemonade concentrate, and mix well. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts. Fill container the rest of the way with cold water. Stir and serve over ice, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Jamaica Coffee Recipe

Original Recipe Yield 1 serving

Ingredients:
·              3/4 fluid ounce dark rum
·              3/4 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur
·              1 cup brewed coffee
·              2 tablespoons whipped cream
·              1 chocolate covered coffee bean

Preparation:
Pour rum and coffee liqueur into a decorative coffee glass. Fill glass with hot coffee. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a coffee bean.

Peach Tea Recipe

Prep Time: 5 Min Cook Time: 15 Min Ready In: 20 Min

Ingredients:
·              3 cups water
·              3 family size tea bags
·              2 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced
·              1 cup water
·              1 1/2 teaspoons stevia powder

Preparation:
1.            Bring 3 cups water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Add the tea bags, and steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags.
2.            Meanwhile, place peaches with 1 cup water into the jar of a blender, and blend until very smooth. Pour the peach mixture, tea, and stevia powder into a 1 gallon pitcher. Fill the pitcher to the top with water, and stir until blended.

Preparation:
Combine the instant coffee, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, ice, and chocolate syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
